  • We offer free shipping to continental US and UK mainland addresses. Exceptions include:

    • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or any other non-continental addresses – please contact us for a shipping quote.
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands (including Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) – please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

    In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of a few days in shipments. Kindly expect additional transit days for delivery.

    We will notify you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

  • No! Our orders are sales-tax free. The exception is Wyoming. Tax will be calculated automatically when you are checking out.

  • As one of the best sauna-buying tips, remember that the best sauna is the sauna that you will use the most. So, think about what you most want in terms of:

    • Sauna size
    • Sauna seating capacity
    • Sauna types and features
    • Customizable options (from wood, to doors, to accessories)

  • Your order will ship via a delivery truck and will arrive curbside on a single pallet.

    To make the sauna assembly process easier, having basic handyman skills and a cordless drill is helpful. Typically, two people can complete the assembly in six hours or less. It's advisable to review the assembly manual beforehand to become familiar with the process.

  • Saunas & Sauna KitsThe products will be shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will arrive on a pallet. To receive the shipment, a delivery appointment is required, and the last mile carrier will contact you to schedule it. Please note that the delivery is curbside only, and the carrier will not bring the shipment to your door. If you prefer door-to-door service, you can request it from the carrier during scheduling. However, please be aware that this service may incur an additional charge, so it's recommended to inquire about the cost from the carrier.

    Heaters & StovesThe products will typically be shipped directly to your door without the need for a delivery appointment, unless the shipment is exceptionally heavy (such as large stoves with a high stone capacity). In such cases, the heater or stove will be shipped via LTL as mentioned above. For all other orders, you will receive a text message from the carrier once your order has been delivered to your door.

    Accessories & Small ItemsThe products can be shipped to your mailbox or directly to your door. Once your order has been delivered, the carrier will send you a text message to notify you.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. We do not offer free returns. We do not charge any restocking fees.
